CM.IT offers a IT support course for aspiring IT support engineers. This course covers a wide range of technical information needed to fulfill customers end support roles, onsite or remote. Ideally for 1e or 2e level supporters in office environments. These roles have various names like desktop supporter, helpdesk technician, field engineer, system administrator or workspace support.
This course will also focus on non-technical skills like communication with end users which is a big part of the role of an IT supporter. In my opinion just as important as having technical skills
Some basic understanding of computers and networking is needed to successfully complete this course. After completion you well have a strong foundation to start working as an IT supporter in various business environments.
