am a 07 FFL which means I am a manufacturer so I can build to suite any and all custom configured AR15’s to your liking. This is one of my specialties. I have found it is very gratifying to my clients to describe to me exactly what they prefer for their AR15 and I order the parts, assemble it into California compliant configuration so long as the lower receiver is not on the current state banned list, and when its finished my client receives just what they’ve wanted without having to separately order the extra features. I also assemble California compliant AR15’s for other California FFL’s.
